The principle

How does 2PEAK work? You get your personal training plan detailed daily online (and by email if you like). Easy to understand symbols explain the structure of each training unit which is characterized by a systematic blend of load and recovery - the so called periodization (training blocks). The base for the plan is your individual capacity. We show and explain tests and methods to determine this, or you can use the data from a lab test if you prefer. Your plan comes with preset Heart Rate Zones which are approximated based on your age. Under Training Zone Calculator you can adjust your preset zones or have your zone calculated on the base of test results you have. We also detail real-world methods to determine and review your zones, helping you to determine heart rate, pace/speed (for runners) or power zones (for riders).
