The Dresden landscape run with 600 meters of elevation gain in a beautiful natural setting. Starting in Röhrsdorf Castle courtyard towards Borthen, the route leads through apple orchards to the old starting area of the Wilischlauf in Wölkau. After crossing the A17 and enjoying a magnificent view towards Dohna, Saxon Switzerland, and Gut Gamig, the path continues through the 'Alter Gamig' forest on forest and meadow trails to Gorknitz, where it merges with the 9.2km route. The race proceeds through Sürßen to Tronitz and Maxen. A final climb leads to the finish line. |
