The fastest-growing amateur sport is triathlon, which is why duathlon (DU) attracts more athletes each year looking to join the select group of triathletes, uniting RUN & RIDE in a great sports festival (FEST). RUDE is the perfect place to challenge yourself to the fullest or start in this discipline.
