| Description: | The International Half Marathon & 10K Aguas de Alicante, is organized by the Club de Atletismo Montemar and the Department of Sports of the City Council of Alicante. The urban circuit is approved by the Spanish Athletics Federation, an exciting route in an unbeatable setting such as the city of Alicante. As the race progresses all the historical monuments of the city and beaches rise giving a unique beauty to the test.
The two urban foot races of 21,097.5 meters and 10,000 meters in which can participate all persons, federated or not, on which there is no sanction of any kind on the deadline set for registration, are 18 years old on the day of the race, on which there is no sanction of any kind on the last day of registration and meets the requirements.
1. The 10K "Aguas de Alicante" is under the rules of the RFEA, the circuit is approved by it and therefore the marks achieved will be official.
2. The course will be properly signposted at each kilometer, by indicators with the corresponding number.
3. At kilometer 5 (approximately) there will be a refreshment point, where sustainable containers will also be placed.
4. The timing of the race will be done through the system of "disposable electronic chip" attached to the race bib. Runners must collect it before the start of the race along with the runner's bag.
5. There will be race controls at the start and finish line, as well as at various points of the circuit, and all participants must pass through them.
6. The 10K "Aguas de Alicante" will have the necessary medical services to assist the runner during the development of the same. The Organization recommends that all participants undergo a medical examination prior to the test, accepting all participants the risk arising from sporting activity.
7. A checkroom area will be available both at the start and near the finish line. The checkroom in both cases, will be located in several trucks trailers. The Organization is not responsible for valuables deposited in this area. |
